Shami is a Real Play Boy : Hasin Jahan
Jahan, who married Shami in 2014, told this paper that the cricketer believed that he had made a mistake by marrying her in haste and started torturing her mentally and physically.
“Shami started torturing me mentally and physically in every possible manner. Whereas, I gave up everything — modeling career and job — after getting married to him,” said Jahan, who is formerly a model and was a cheerleader for Kolkata Knight Riders’ in the IPL.
Jahan also alleged that Shami insisted that she has a physical relationship with his brother (Haseeb Ahmad). She added that the cricketer was constantly having sex with sex workers and other girls during tours with teams. Now the Kolkata police have registered a normal FIR against Mohd Shami.
Jahan, who was a divorcee and a mother of two girls when she met Shami, said that after the failure of her first marriage, she was keen to make it work with the cricketer.
“I am not in touch with my first husband. Out of my two girls, one is staying with me while the other one is studying,” said Jahan.
Jahan also alleged that Shami has a girlfriend, a Pakistani citizen, and wanted to take her with him during India’s tour of Sri Lanka in 2017. And because of this, he repeatedly tortured Jahan and pressed for divorce.
Jahan said, “Shami is a double-faced man. Before marriage, he never told me about his affair with this Pakistani girl.”
Jahan said she will plan her next move after consulting her lawyer. However, she said, “One thing is certain that I will teach Shami a lesson for all his misdeeds.”
She said, “I got married to Shami on April 7, 2014 and from the very beginning I got to know about his misdeeds. He is a big-time womaniser and has never been a faithful husband to me. He has never involved me in any of his financial matters.”
Shami has denied all these allegations. In an interview to a TV channel he said, “All these accusations made against me are baseless. Why did it take five years for it to come out?
“On Holi and every other festival, I’ve been with my family. Spent time with my daughter and wife. Even after my wife was trolled so much in the past I stood by her. And I would like to stand by her today as well,” Shami said. (Source DNA)
