Why Videocon D2H is not Working ?

As per the new TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) guideline,  you now have the choice to create your own pack and pay for what you watch.It will be cheap & easy to watch channels those you want.  Most of satellite service provides has accepted TRAI new guidlines. Nowadays service is temporarily unavailable.
